It is one of the most rewarding programs in Qatar where you earn Miles for transactions made on your Doha Bank Credit Cards and then use your DOHA MILES to book your flight at 300+ partner airlines, make your hotel reservations at 300,000+ hotels worldwide, transfer your DOHA MILES to popular frequent flyer programs, Shukran Rewards or redeem your DOHA MILES on Point of Sale (POS) at partner outlets.
All Doha Bank Visa Infinite, Visa Signature, Visa Platinum and MasterCard Dream Credit Cards are included in the “DOHA MILES” Program.
You can earn DOHA MILES by simply using your eligible Doha Bank credit cards locally and internationally for purchases over point of sale (POS) machines and online transactions.
You can redeem your DOHA MILES for FREE airline tickets, hotel bookings worldwide, Miles transfer to Frequent Flyer Programs or Shukran Rewards by simply logging on to your DOHA MILES account. You can also redeem your DOHA MILES for FREE shopping on POS at partner outlets.
As soon as your DOHA MILES are credited to your account, you can redeem your DOHA MILES. Please note local transactions take up to 2 working days and international transactions can take up to 3-4 working days to get posted to your account. Once the same is posted, the earned DOHA MILES will be posted to your account within one working day, which you can then redeem.

As long as you hold a valid and active Doha Bank credit card, you will remain a member of the “DOHA MILES” Program.
Yes. You will earn DOHA MILES on all your eligible transactions completed at Point of Sale (POS) machines or online purchases, irrespective of whether you have activated your “DOHA MILES” account. However; in order to be able to redeem your DOHA MILES for FREE flights, hotels and miles Exchange you need to visit the website www.dohamiles.com and activate your account.
To know the number of miles currently available, you need to log in to your DOHA MILES account to view your “DOHA MILES” statement in the Accounts Summary tab. You can also view your available DOHA MILES in the Doha Bank online banking portal and mobile banking application by logging in with your User ID and password for your online banking and mobile banking application. In case of FREE Shopping on POS, you can present your Doha Bank Credit Card at the payment counter, requesting to check your DOHA MILES balance.

You don’t need to transfer your DOHA MILES between your Credit Cards, as the total Miles earned under both your credit cards will reflect in total under your unique customer number on the DOHA MILES portal.
Your “DOHA MILES” are valid for a period of 24 months starting from the transaction date.
The DOHA MILES earned prior to your card being lost / stolen will not be effected as all your DOHA MILES earned by you; even under multiple cards you possess will be under one unique Account Number assigned to you. However, if you cancel your card(s) permanently, then the DOHA MILES that you have earned and not redeemed will expire with immediate effect.
If you do not pay your monthly credit card amount due / monthly installment, you will not be able to use any of DOHA MILES until the outstanding dues are paid.
You should always have at least one active card in order to be able to log in to your DOHA MILES account and redeem your DOHA MILES. Your DOHA MILES earned will automatically expire if you request to cancel or if the bank cancels all your credit cards.
Yes. The DOHA MILES will be cancelled.
Yes, you can purchase DOHA MILES in order to complete your redemption for flight or hotel bookings by purchasing the difference of DOHA MILES required like any other online purchase by using your Doha Bank Credit Card. DOHA MILES cannot be purchased for Miles Exchange.
There is no minimum requirement to redeem your DOHA MILES.
All the DOHA MILES earned by your supplementary cardholder will show on your DOHA MILES account. However; since your Doha Mile account has been registered under your details via One Time Password (OTP) Process and the One Time Password (OTP) for all redemption requests is only sent to your registered Email and Mobile Number, therefore your supplementary cardholder cannot redeem the miles on the online portal. However; the supplementary cardholder can redeem his/ her DOHA MILES and Lulu Points earned including the DOHA MILES / Lulu Points earned by you on your basic card as well; as the DOHA MILES are accumulated on a customer level.
No, once the redemption is completed the booking cannot be cancelled. The flight or hotel bookings can however be amended by contacting your designated Travel Desk in United Arab Emirates at (+971 4 5825017).
No, you cannot earn DOHA MILES on transactions carried out on your corporate credit card(s) and on cash advance, remittances or government payment transactions. However; you can earn DOHA MILES on all other qualifying retail transactions (both local & international) including online transactions.
How to Activate
You need to activate yourself on the portal. Activation is a very simple, three-step process:
Step 1: Visit www.dohamiles.com, click on ‘Activate’ and enter your Qatar National ID number, Mobile Number and Date of Birth. Successful validation of two of three information points will prompt a One Time Password (OTP) generation and will be sent to your registered mobile number and email address simultaneously.
Step 2: Please input the One Time Password (OTP) received.
Step 3: Activate your account by setting up your login ID and password.
The above steps will also be applicable in case you forget your password or get locked out of your account on entering an incorrect password more than five times.
How to Redeem
The steps to redeem your DOHA MILES are as follows:
- Login to your DOHA MILES account.
- Choose a redemption category.
- Follow the instruction stipulated for each of the redemption categories.
- The redemption history is made available for use under the My Account page.

Yes, the activation/log-in process on DOHA MILES website is independent of your access to Doha Bank’s online banking or mobile banking.
It is required to update your email address and mobile number with the bank. During the booking process of your travel redemption it helps us to send you the relevant communications such as your One Time Password (OTP) including your itinerary and receipts of your booking. Your contact details are also communicated to the airline, hotels or the respective service providers should they need to get in touch with you, in case of unforeseen circumstances (for instance in case of a rescheduling of a flight etc.)
You can view your DOHA MILES account summary in the My Account section or on the Profile tab on the ‘ DOHA MILES’ website.
You can redeem your DOHA MILES at more than 300 airlines and more than 300,000 hotels worldwide.
There are no redemption charges for DOHA MILES.
Yes, you can redeem your DOHA MILES for family members and friends.
The portal will generate a pop-up where you can click and view your e-Ticket / e-booking and will also send the same to your registered E-mail address. This will also be available in the My Redemption tab where you click on the same for viewing and printing.
You can also call Doha Bank contact center on +974 4445 6000, in case you do not receive the e-Ticket within 24 hours of booking / redemption.
If a confirmation page does not display once you complete your booking, please check for a confirmation under the Redemption section. In case DOHA MILES have been deducted and you cannot see the purchased product, kindly call us our 24/7 customer services number on +974 4445 6000 and we will be happy to address your query.
Yes, you can book one infant per adult on DOHA MILES. As per airline rules, the age of the infant must be below 24 months as on the date of travel. Please make sure that you carry valid proof-of-age document at the time of check-in. The infant is not awarded a seat on the flight and they have to travel with the accompanying adult.
A maximum of 9 seats can be booked at one time. If you need to book for more than 9 travelers, you will have to re-start the booking process for the additional travelers. Airlines rules apply.
Due to the dynamic nature of airline fares, it may happen that when you confirm the booking after entering passengers’ details, the seats at your selected fare are sold out leading to increased fare. In case the fare has gone up, you may modify the search and select a flight as per your convenience and affordability
DOHA MILES does not offer a pre-seating option. However, you can do web check-in for your flights through the airline portal that you are travelling by and select your seats before you travel.
You can check-in in three ways.
1. Some of the airlines provide a web check-in facility, where you can select your seat and print your boarding pass online. If you use this facility, you will have to approach the check-in counter to drop your baggage.
2. You can also check-in using Tele check-in service provided by some of the airlines. In such cases, you will have to present your ticket and ID proof at Airline check-in counter for issuance of boarding card and for baggage drop.
3. Alternatively, you can check-in physically at the airport counters of the airline by presenting your ticket and ID proof.
Please note that airline restrictions on baggage apply to both checked-in bags as well as cabin baggage. Kindly contact the respective airline directly or visit their website for accurate details regarding baggage limit.
We do not allow child below 12 years to be booked individually. Please contact your airline to create the booking of child directly with them.
Just login to your account and visit the My Redemption tab. The redemption tab contains your past redemptions. Just click on the relevant link to view your ticket.
No, DOHA MILES website does not support this feature. You will have to contact the respective airline directly.
If you wish to change a flight reservation, you are requested to please contact the designated travel desk helpline printed on your redemption receipt (e-Ticket) to make the required amendments such as date and time change or upgrade or any other change. Please note that, the airline may charge a fee to amend the tickets. In case of cancellation, we cannot refund the DOHA MILES already redeemed by you.
Most hotels allow additional guests to stay in a room for an extra charge, as long as the room does not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed per room. You can directly check with your hotel and they will help you with your request, which is subject to the terms and conditions of the hotel.
When making your booking, select the number of children traveling with you from the ‘Children’ drop-down box. If you select just 1 child, our search will give you the price of a double room with child, not including an extra bed. If you want an extra bed in the room, you need to increase the number of guests in your search or contact the hotel where you are travelling, which is subject to the terms and conditions of the hotel.

The time it takes for a hotel to get your booking information varies by specific hotel and arrival date. In most cases, the hotel should receive the reservation information within 12 hours of the time you made your booking (except for nights and weekends when the hotel’s reservation department is closed). Please note that this does not apply to bookings made for the same day.

Your booking cannot be cancelled and the DOHA MILES and booking amount is non-refundable. Therefore; kindly review your booking dates before redeeming your DOHA MILES to avoid any inconvenience.
Please refer through the hotel’s booking policy mentioned on the booking page and in the printed e-reservation slip, while making the reservation. Please keep in mind that irrespective of what the respective hotel’s booking policy says, you cannot cancel your bookings made via your DOHA MILES.
DOHA MILES for cancelled bookings for flights or hotels are non-refundable. We recommend you review and thoroughly check your booking selection prior to any redemption.

You will require a minimum of 2,000 DOHA MILES to transfer to any of the Miles Exchange Partner Programs.
You will need to complete the following steps:

- Select the program you would like to transfer your DOHA MILES to.
- Enter your membership number for the frequent flyer or Retail loyalty program you are transferring your DOHA MILES to.
- Select the number of DOHA MILES you wish to convert to the participating Miles Exchange Partner. The number of DOHA MILES required to be transferred will be displayed. In case you would like to purchase an item from the merchant, which is valued more than the actual voucher value, you can do so by paying the balance amount through your Doha Bank credit card. In case the purchase value is lesser, you will not be entitled for any refund on the voucher value.
