By accessing or utilizing Click to Pay, the Cardholder acknowledges and agrees to comply with these terms as outlined by Doha Bank:
Data Sharing and Privacy
- By opting to use Click to Pay, the Cardholder authorizes Doha Bank to share personal information, including card and shipping details, with the merchant for the purpose of completing the transaction.
- Doha Bank does not control the privacy and data protection practices of merchants.
- Cardholders are advised to review the merchant’s privacy policy and terms and conditions prior to proceeding with any purchase.
Device Usage and Authorized Access
- The Cardholder is responsible for ensuring that no unauthorized individual gains access to or uses the card via Click to Pay.
- The Cardholder confirms that they are duly authorized to use the card and associated credentials for transactions through Click to Pay.
- The Cardholder agrees not to:
- Disrupt or interfere with the normal operation of Click to Pay.
- Tamper with or compromise the servers, networks, or systems associated with Click to Pay.
- Violate any applicable policies, procedures, or regulations governing the use of Click to Pay.
Service Availability
- Click to Pay may occasionally be unavailable or experience technical issues.
- The Cardholder is responsible for maintaining access to card details or an alternative payment method to ensure successful completion of transactions.
- Doha Bank shall not be held liable for any missed opportunities, price changes, or delays resulting from service unavailability.
Modifications to Access and Terms
- Doha Bank reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Cardholder’s access to Click to Pay at any time.
- These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. The “Effective Date” will reflect the most recent revision.
Compliance with Applicable Laws
- The Cardholder must use Click to Pay in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Any misuse of the service that may negatively impact other users or cause harm to Doha Bank is strictly prohibited.
Lost, Stolen, or Compromised Devices
- If the device used for Click to Pay is lost, stolen, or compromised, the Cardholder must immediately contact Doha Bank.
