Instant Cards Activation & set your PIN through Online Banking & Mobile Banking App

Now you can activate and set your PIN for your Debit and Credit cards through Online Banking and Mobile Banking App. Simply login to Online Banking or Mobile Banking App and follow the below steps to activate your cards or change your PIN instantly.

How to activate your Debit Card

  • To activate debit card through Online Banking, login and click on ‘Card Activation’ located under Cards. For activation through Mobile Banking App, login to the app and click on ‘Activate Cards’ located under Request Services.
  • Select the card type you wish to activate.
  • Select the respective card and set a 4-digit PIN of your choice.
  • Click ‘Validate and Generate OTP’.
  • Authenticate the OTP that has been sent to your mobile device.
  • A confirmation SMS will be sent to your registered number informing that your card has been activated successfully.
  • Your card is now ready for use.

How to activate your Credit Card

  • To activate credit card through Online Banking, login and click on ‘Card Activation’ located under Cards. For activation through Mobile Banking App, login to the app and click on ‘Activate Cards’ located under Request Services.
  • Select the card type you wish to activate.
  • Select the respective card and set a 4-digit PIN of your choice.
  • Click ‘Validate and Generate OTP’.
  • Authenticate the OTP that has been sent to your mobile device.
  • A confirmation SMS will be sent to your registered number informing that your card has been activated successfully.
  • Your card is now ready for use.

How to change your Debit or Credit Card PIN

  • To change your debit or credit card PIN through Online Banking, login and click on ‘Change PIN’ located under Cards. To change your debit or credit card PIN through Mobile Banking App, login to the app and click on ‘Change Card PIN’ located under Request Service.
  • Select the respective card, set a 4-digit PIN of your choice, and re-enter the PIN again.
  • Click ‘Validate and Generate OTP’.
  • Authenticate the OTP that has been sent to your mobile device.
  • A confirmation SMS will be sent to your registered number informing that your card PIN has been changed successfully.
  • Your card is now ready for use.
