Role description:

Quantity surveying and commercial management best practice with sound understanding of construction contracts and contract administration procedures.
work in a fast-paced environment to independently produce consistent quality deliverables that demonstrate comprehensive understanding of construction risk and analytical thought.
Managing tending process and overseeing external consultants and valuers engaged by the bank.
Proactively monitoring risks associated with the financed projects, coordinating with CCU and CRE team pre and post sanction.
Conduct real estate valuation and reviewing external valuers’ reports
Reviewing feasibility studies and contractors’ profiles for performance capability.
