To continue enjoying these benefits, a minimum monthly spend of QR 10,000 is required on your Premium Cards. If the monthly spend requirement is not met, the following charges will be applicable per usage:

Terms and Conditions

  • A minimum monthly spend of QR 10,000 on a single billing cycle (from the 6th – 5th of each month) is required to enjoy these benefits.
  • If the monthly spend requirement is not met, charges will apply as per the table above for each use.
  • Charges will also apply for any usage exceeding the allowed number of accesses per month, regardless of whether the minimum spend requirement is met.
  • Charges will be applied as per the partner tariff of charges.
  • “Month” refers to the statement cycle from the 6th to the 5th of the month.

Examples

  • Meeting the Monthly Spend Requirement but Exceeding Usage Limits:
    If you meet the QR 10,000 monthly spend but use valet parking 12 times, you will be charged QR 60 for each of the 2 excess uses, totaling QR 120.
  • Not Meeting the Monthly Spend Requirement:
    If you do not meet the QR 10,000 monthly spend and use valet parking 10 times, you will be charged QR 60 for each use, totaling QR 600.

To enjoy the benefits, a minimum monthly spend of QR 10,000 is required on your premium card.

2. What happens if I do not meet the minimum monthly spend requirement?

If the monthly spend requirement of QR 10,000 is not met, charges will apply for each use of the benefits as per the table provided.

3. How many valet parking services can I use for free each month?

You can use up to 10 complimentary valet parking services per month. If you exceed this limit, a charge of QR 60 per additional use will apply.

4. How many car wash services are included each month?

You can enjoy one-time car wash service per month. Any additional uses will be charged QR 60 each.

5. Are there any location restrictions for the car wash service?

Yes, car wash services are available only at locations within Doha.

6. How many gym accesses are included each month?

You can access the gym up to 5 times per month. If you exceed this limit, a charge of QR 100 per additional use will apply.

7. What are the charges for gym access if I do not meet the minimum spend requirement?

If you do not meet the QR 10,000 monthly spend, you will be charged a flat fee of QR 100 per visit in the subsequent month.

8. How are charges applied if I exceed the allowed number of accesses per month?

Charges for excess usage will apply as per the table provided, regardless of whether the minimum spend requirement is met.
