How to avail this offer?

1. Shopping at Harrods Knightsbridge: Start your journey by indulging in luxury shopping at Harrods Knightsbridge.
2. Spend £1,000 or More: Use your Doha Bank Visa Credit Cards to make purchases. If you spend £1,000 or more in a single transaction or across multiple transactions (up to a maximum of 3 transactions) on the same date, you become an eligible customer.
3. Choose Your Complimentary Harrods Experience Voucher: As an eligible customer, you can choose a complimentary Harrods Experience voucher. You have two options:
   • Enjoy a sophisticated three-course meal with mocktails for two at the renowned Studio Frantzen.
   • Savor a delectable breakfast with mocktails for two at the iconic Tiffany Blue Box Café.
4. Claim Your Voucher: To receive your voucher, follow the below steps:
   • Present your receipt(s) from your qualifying transaction(s), made using Doha Bank Visa Credit Cards, and provide your email address at the Customer Service department on the Third Floor of the Harrods Knightsbridge store.

     Details that would be required to fill the form would be as follows ;
     
     First name , Last name , Email address , Phone number , Harrods Rewards card number ,Date of receipt , Total spend amount (should be £1,000 or more), Copy of receipts (3 receipts), Select bank – Doha Bank, select experience , Date and time of booking and number of guests(2).
5. Book Your Experience: You must book in advance to redeem your vouchers. Bookings are subject to availability and can be made by visiting or calling Harrods’ Customer Service on (+44) 020 7730 1234 or via the contact details noted on the Voucher.
6. Enjoy Your Experience: Redeem your voucher and enjoy your chosen Harrods Experience. Remember, vouchers will expire on the expiry date noted on the Voucher and will be forfeited if not used.

Please note that this offer may only be redeemed once during the offer period and vouchers are limited to one per eligible customer/primary cardholders. Terms and Conditions

1. The offer is open to all Doha Bank Visa Credit Cardholders issued in Qatar, who spend £1,000 or more in a single transaction OR across multiple transactions (up to a maximum of 3 transactions) on the same date (when using their Visa Credit Card) in store at the Harrods Knightsbridge store between [1 July, 2024] and [30 September, 2024 ] [1](“Qualifying Customers”).
2. Qualifying Customers will be eligible to select one of the following Harrods Experience vouchers:
   • Three course set menu with mocktails for 2 at Studio Frantzén, or a
   • Breakfast with mocktails for 2 at Tiffany Blue Box Café, (each a “Voucher”, together the “Vouchers”).
3. To receive a Voucher, Qualifying Customers must:
   • Visit Harrods’ Customer Service on the Third Floor of the Harrods Knightsbridge store and present the receipt(s) from their qualifying transaction(s), their eligible Doha Bank Visa Credit Card and provide their email address; or
   • Complete the redemption form available via the following link: https://promotions.visa.com/campaign/VisaHarrods/ with their contact details, a single photo of the receipt(s) from their qualifying transaction(s) and select their desired Voucher and dining date.
4. Qualifying Customers must book in advance to redeem the Vouchers. Whilst Harrods will endeavour to accommodate preferred dates, all bookings are subject to availability and no guarantees are available in relation to the date provided by you. You will receive a confirmation email with the date and time of your booking.
5. The Vouchers will expire within 6 months of issuance noted on the Voucher and will be forfeited if not used.

7. This offer may only be redeemed once during the offer period and Vouchers are limited to one per Qualifying Customer.
8. Vouchers may only be redeemed by the Qualifying Customer. Qualifying Customers will be required to present the original Voucher at the time of redeeming the offer. Copies, pictures and/or duplications of the Voucher will not be accepted.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, to substitute the Vouchers for vouchers of equal or greater value or to cancel this offer at any time at its sole and absolute discretion.
10. This offer is non-transferable to any other person and Vouchers cannot be redeemed, refunded, re-sold or exchanged for cash or any other product.
11. Whilst the Promoter will endeavor to accommodate the allergy and dietary requirements provided by customers at the time of booking or dining, the Promoter will not be responsible for any adverse effects occurring as a result of customers using the offer including, without limitation, any allergic reactions, or for any other loss, damage or injury suffered, sustained or incurred by customers. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these terms seeks to exclude liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence.
12. This offer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
