Terms and Conditions

The Ramadan Campaign has been arranged for the benefit of Qatar Airways Privilege Club members who hold a Qatar Airways co-brand card (each a “Member” and together the “Members”) and is provided by participating Card Linked Offer Partners (“Partners”). The terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) that apply to this Ramadan Campaign are:

1. Period of Campaign

• This campaign is active starting February 16, 2026, until March 21, 2026.

2. Campaign Details

• Members will earn 25% bonus Avios on all eligible transactions between QR 50 – QR 1,000 during the Period of Campaign.
• Members will earn 50% bonus Avios on all eligible transactions above QR 1,000 during the Period of Campaign.
• Minimum spend required to earn Avios is QR 50.
• Members will earn bonus Avios only for transactions with participating Partners located in Qatar.
• Only Qatar Airways co-brand cards are eligible for earning bonus Avios made at the participating Partners during the Period of Campaign.
• Bonus Avios will be credited to the Member’s account in addition to the base Avios earned, subject to verification of eligible transactions.
• Only transactions made during the Period of Campaign and through valid co-brand card linked with the Member’s Qatar Airways Privilege Club account will be considered eligible.

3. General

• Avios will be credited to the Member’s account within 60 days after the purchase date.
• Once Avios are credited to the Member’s account, the transaction cannot be reversed.
• The benefits associated with the Ramadan Campaign may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer, coupon, or other voucher.
• The benefits associated with the Ramadan Campaign cannot be exchanged for cash and/or refundable.
• Partners and/or Qatar Airways reserve the right to refuse to award any Avios points under the Ramadan Campaign in cases of actual or suspected fraud.
• Qatar Airways reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions and terminate or otherwise amend the Ramadan Campaign for any reason at any time without prior notice. All decisions made by Qatar Airways with respect to any matter relating to the Ramadan Campaign shall be final.
• Partners and/or Qatar Airways will not be liable to the Member for any financial loss arising out of refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the Ramadan Campaign, or any failure or inability of the Member to take advantage of the Ramadan Campaign.
• These Terms and Conditions apply to the Ramadan Campaign and shall supplement any other terms and conditions applicable to Qatar Airways Privilege Club program. In particular, please read these Terms and Conditions together with Qatar Airways Privilege Club program terms and conditions.
• By participating in the Ramadan Campaign, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
• In the event of any required assistance with the Ramadan Campaign, Members can raise their request here.
• For any claim regarding missing of Avios, Members can raise their request here.
• All Avios awarded under this Ramadan Campaign will be subject to the Qatar Airways Privilege Club program terms and conditions.
• Unless otherwise defined in these Terms and Conditions, capitalised terms shall have the meaning given to them in the Qatar Airways Privilege Club program terms and conditions.
• Doha Bank acts solely as the issuer of the Qatar Airways co-brand credit card and is not responsible for the operation, management, fulfilment, or administration of this Campaign. All matters relating to the calculation, crediting, validity, or redemption of Bonus Avios fall under the exclusive responsibility of Qatar Airways Privilege Club and/or the participating Partners. Doha Bank shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, or failure arising out of or related to the Campaign, including but not limited to the non-crediting or incorrect crediting of Bonus Avios, changes to the Campaign, or the actions or omissions of Qatar Airways or any Partner.
• Any enquiries or disputes relating to Bonus Avios, eligibility of transactions, missing points, or campaign fulfilment shall be raised directly with Qatar Airways Privilege Club through the channels designated by Qatar Airways. Doha Bank shall not process or adjudicate any Avios-related disputes and shall not be liable for any decisions made by Qatar Airways in this regard.
• Qatar Airways reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Campaign at any time without prior notice. Doha Bank shall bear no responsibility or liability for any such modification, suspension, or cancellation and shall not be liable for any claims, losses, or damages incurred by any Member as a result of such changes.
• By participating in this Campaign, the Member acknowledges and agrees that Doha Bank may share limited transaction information with Qatar Airways solely for the purpose of verifying eligible transactions and facilitating the award of Bonus Avios. Such data sharing will be carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws in the State of Qatar and Doha Bank’s privacy policies. Doha Bank shall not be responsible for the data processing practices of Qatar Airways or the participating Partners.
• Only transactions that meet the criteria determined solely by Qatar Airways and the participating Partners shall be considered eligible for Bonus Avios. Doha Bank shall not be responsible for defining, reviewing, or confirming eligible transactions and shall not be liable for any dispute arising from a transaction deemed ineligible by Qatar Airways or the participating Partners.
• The list of participating Partners is determined and maintained solely by Qatar Airways and may be updated, modified, or withdrawn at any time without notice. Doha Bank does not control or guarantee the availability, participation, or continued engagement of any Partner in the Campaign.
• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the State of Qatar.
• Bonus Avios awarded under this Campaign have no monetary value, are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and may not be converted into cash or any other benefit. Doha Bank shall not entertain or process any request for exchange, refund, or compensation related to Bonus Avios.
• All interpretations, decisions, and determinations relating to the Campaign, eligible transactions, and Bonus Avios shall be made exclusively by Qatar Airways Privilege Club. Such decisions shall be final and binding. Doha Bank shall have no role or responsibility in such determinations.
