• The rate cannot be combined with any other offer.
• The waterpark will be operating from 10 AM to 6 PM. (From Tuesday to Sunday and timing subject to change).
• Closed on Monday (Subject to change).
• The water park is now cashless; only credit / debit cards and mobile payments are accepted inside the park. Cash is only accepted at the ticketing counter / information desk.
• Kindly note taking food and beverages into Meryal Waterpark is strictly prohibited. You will be asked to dispose of any food and beverages that you are carrying upon entry to the waterpark. If any of your party has special dietary requirements, please bring these to our attention at the time of booking.
• Appropriate swimwear is required when using the facilities within Meryal Waterpark and the beach – thongs, transparent bathing suits, underwear, denim, and very loose clothing’s such as abaya, dish dash or similar are not permitted in the water. Head scarves, only if properly secured without any loosely flowing material.
• All other charges such as additional admissions, lockers, towels, food & beverages are not included in the ticket price.
• Please carry Valid ID proof like a passport, Qatari ID, or Driving License.
• Children aged 3 years and below 1.2 meters are considered Juniors.
• Guests above 1.2 meters in height are considered adults.
• Children under the age of 3 years are complimentary.
• All guests below 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
• Payment must be made with Doha Bank cards.
• Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts or promotions.
• Additionally, card holders will be entitled to bring 9 additional guests (plus the card holder) on the same promotion regardless of being an adult or child. Any additional guest will be charged as per the published rate.
