How to convert your DOHA MILES

• Log in to your DOHA MILES account.
• Choose Redeem DOHA MILES.
• Choose Miles Exchange to convert your DOHA MILES into Shukran.

Terms and Conditions

• Eligibility: Eligible cardholders will earn bonus Shukrans on converting their DOHA MILES into shukrans.
• Campaign duration: This campaign will run from 18^th Feb to 19^th Mar 2026.
• Bonus Earning:
  
  – The offer is valid on first conversion only.
  – The Bonus is Capped to maximum of 10,000 Shukrans.
  
  Customers who perform more than 1 conversion during the promotion period will be entitled to only 1 bonus Shukrans, and it will be applicable to their first transaction only. Any other transaction that follows, the customer will get the normal Shukran points, without the bonus.
• Bonus Crediting: the earned Shukrans will be credited to the customer Shukran Account after 7 Business days.
• After DOHA MILES conversion to Shukran is successful, Shukrans cannot be converted back to DOHA MILES.
• Bonus Validity: the Bonus Shukrans are valid for 90 days from the crediting date.
