Converting Transactions to 0% Easy Payment Plan

Now you can convert school fee payments made using your Doha Bank Credit Card into a 0% Easy Payment Plan.

How?

Simply login to your Doha Bank Mobile App and follow the below steps:

• Go to Cards tab,
• Select the credit card on which you made the transaction,
• Scroll down and tap “Transactions”,
• Under the “Recent” tab, choose the transaction you want to convert into installment, and tap “Convert to EMI” and follow the conversion steps. Transactions with a minimum of QR 500 can be converted into installments.

Or you can also call Doha Bank Call Center at 4445-6000 after making the transaction, and request to convert the school related transactions equal monthly installments.

Terms & Conditions

• Customers must perform the education fee-related payments during the campaign period 27^th August – 25^th September 2025.
• Eligible Non-Qatar Airways credit cardholders will have to contact Call Center to share their Avios ID.
• Bonus will be calculated on the total education-related transactions during each campaign period:
  For Qatar Airways Co-branded Card:
  • Total transaction value of QR 5,000 – < QR 10,000 for 5,000 bonus Avios,
  • Total transaction value of QR 10,000 – < QR 20,000 for 10,000 bonus Avios,
  • Total transaction value of QR 20,000 or more for 20,000 bonus Avios.

  For the New Mastercard Credit Card:

  • Total transaction value of QR 5,000 – < QR 10,000 for 10,000 bonus Avios,
  • Total transaction value of QR 10,000 – < QR 20,000 for 20,000 bonus Avios,
  • Total transaction value of QR 20,000 or more for 30,000 bonus Avios.
• Education related transactions are categorized by the Merchant Category Code (MCC) as defined under Visa and MasterCard rules: 8299, 8220, 8211, 8249, 8244, and 8241. Only transactions falling under the above MCCs will be considered.
• Transaction should be posted before the identification process, which will be 2 weeks after completion of the campaign.
• Education-related transactions on supplementary cards will be included in customer’s overall spend.
• Cancelled, blocked, closed, over-limit and delinquent cards will be excluded from the awarding the Bonus Avios.
• Corporate / SME cards will be excluded from this offer.
• If a customer qualifies for both the Education Spend Campaign and the International Spend Campaign, only the campaign with the higher Avios payout will be awarded.
• Education-related transactions on supplementary cards will be included in customer’s overall spend.
• Bonus Avios cannot be exchanged into any other currencies or forms.

• The Bank reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to determine the eligibility of customers for participation in the campaign. The Bank’s decision in this regard shall be final and binding.
• The Bank reserves the right to conduct all necessary due diligence in accordance with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.
• The Bank reserves the right to revoke any promotional benefits, including Bonus Avios, if the applicant is found to have provided false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of the application or during the promotional period.
• The Bank may, at its sole discretion, conduct periodic reviews to ensure compliance with the stated terms and conditions. Any discrepancies or failure to meet the eligibility criteria may result in the cancellation of the offer and recovery of the awarded benefits.
