Online Banking Transfer Process

• Simply log on to Online Banking.
• Select International Money Transfer > Transfer and follow the simple steps below:
  1. Enter Beneficiary Details.
  2. On Transaction Details,
     • – Select Credit Card for the “Pay from” field.
     • – Select the credit card to be used for payment.
     • – Enter the remittance amount and other details.
  3. Confirm the transaction.
  4. You are done! Reference number will appear to track the remittance status.

Mobile Banking Transfer Process

• Login to Mobile Banking.
• Select Transfers > International Transfer tab and follow the steps below:
  1. Select the registered beneficiary name.
  2. On Transaction Details,
     • – Select Credit Card for the “Send From” field.
     • – Select the credit card to be used for payment.
     • – Enter the remittance currency, amount, and other details.
  3. Confirm the transaction.
  4. Transaction completed successfully.
  5. Reference number will appear on screen to track the transaction status.
