e-statement is secure, free and it’s easy to access your account / credit card transaction details. Subscribe for e-statements through Online or Mobile Banking to start receiving monthly account statements at your personal email. You can also download password protected statements through Doha Bank website.
If you want to receive physical statements by post, you can;
- Submit a ‘Request for Physical Statement Form’ through Online Banking.
- Download ‘Request for Physical Statement Form’ from the website, fill-up and submit at Doha Bank branch.
- Or call Hello Doha 44456000.
Request for Physical Statement Form
View and Download Statement
Doha Bank provides a variety of electronic channels for you to view and download account and credit card statements up to a period of 36 months at any given time.
Online Banking
Login into Online Banking using your username and password to access your account and credit card statements. In addition to your monthly statements, you can also select a date range and download statements for a specific period.
Mobile Banking
Login into Mobile Banking, select the Account or Card number and select ‘Download Statement’ option to download statement copies.
Website
You can also access your account and credit card statements through Doha Bank website by using your debit card details.
Please click on ‘Download Statement’ button below and follow these steps:
- Enter account number and select branch.
- Authenticate yourself using your Debit Card Details.
- Select desired Account or Credit Card and specific statement.
- Click on ‘Download’ for generating your password protected PDF statement.
Note: This facility is available for Personal Banking customers only.
e-Statement
You can set up your e-statements through your Online and Mobile Banking. Few of the benefits of
