Salary Transfer – Terms & Conditions

1. The offer is valid until March 31, 2026.
2. The customer must be a resident of Qatar and hold a valid Qatari ID.
3. The offer applies to new customers who transfer their salaries.
4. Salaries must be transferred to designated salary current accounts.
5. Reward points will be credited within 60 working days from the date of the first salary deposit for all eligible customers.
6. This campaign has been launched by the bank at its sole discretion, and the bank reserves the right to terminate or modify its features at any time without prior notice.
7. The civil court in the State of Qatar shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this transaction.

Qatar Airways Privilege Club Credit Card – Terms & Conditions

1. The campaign is only applicable for new to bank salary transfer or customers initiating a new deposit relationship that will apply for Co-Brand Credit Card.
2. To be eligible to receive the Bonus Avios, you must agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
   
   a) Salary should be credited regularly for 12 months following the issuance of the credit card. (Applicable to New to Bank Salary Transfer customers only).
   b) Salary should not decrease in the 12 months following the issuance of the credit card. (Applicable to New to Bank Salary Transfer customers only).
3. Requirements for customers initiating a new deposit relationship:
   
   a) Visa Infinite: A minimum deposit of QR 250,000 is required for Visa Infinite, with at least QR 100,000 blocked in the Al Dana account. The remaining amount must be held in any deposit product for a minimum of one month
   b) Visa Signature: A minimum deposit of QR 100,000 is required for Visa Signature, with at least QR 30,000 blocked in the Al Dana account. The remaining amount must be held in any deposit product for a minimum of one month.
4. Payments on the card should not be irregular i.e., missing two consecutive minimum monthly payments within the first 12 months will be considered a breach.
5. Cards cannot be cancelled within 12 months of the card issuance date.
6. Customers should not have cancelled the Doha Bank card in the 12 months period before the issuance of the co-brand credit card.
7. It is mandatory for the customer to be enrolled at Qatar Airways Privilege Club via Doha Bank to earn the Avios and Q-points.
8. If the customer does not abide by the above-mentioned Terms and conditions, then Doha Bank reserves the right to recover the monetary equivalent of the Bonus Avios awarded if any of the above terms and conditions are breached.
9. Spend Bonus Avios for Qatar Airways – Doha Bank Credit Cards issued against deposit will receive as following:
   
   a) QA Visa Infinite Credit Card: 40,000 Avios when you conduct minimum purchase transactions of QR 50,000 within the first 3 months of card issuance and additional 20,000 Avios upon completing total annual spends of QR 120,000 in first 12 months only from card issuance.
   b) QA Visa Signature Credit Card: 20,000 Avios when you conduct minimum purchase transactions of QR 25,000 within the first 3 months of card issuance and additional 10,000 Avios upon completing total annual spends of QR 60,000 in first 12 months only from card issuance.
10. Spend Bonus Avios for Qatar Airways- Doha Bank Credit Cards issued against salary will receive as following:
    
    a) QA Visa Infinite Credit Card: 40,000 Avios when you conduct minimum purchase transactions of QR 50,000 within the first 3 months of card issuance.
    b) QA Visa Signature Credit Card: 20,000 Avios when you conduct minimum purchase transactions of QR 25,000 within the first 3 months of card issuance.
    
    Note : Spend thresholds must be met through eligible transactions. Cash withdrawals, fees, and charges are excluded.
11. If the conditions are not met by the customer there will be a one-time charge of QR 2,000 for Qatar Airways Privilege Club Visa Infinite Credit Card by Doha Bank and QR 1,000 for Qatar Airways Privilege Club Visa Signature Credit Card by Doha Bank.
12. Further fee & charges can be found in the Doha Bank schedule of charges. The Bank reserves the right to revise and/or introduce new charges in accordance with the “Credit Card Terms & Conditions”.
13. Customers eligible for the Bonus Avios Offer will not be eligible for any other offer by Doha Bank on credit cards or vice versa.
14. The Bonus Avios is non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash or any other item.
15. This promotion will have no impact on the final decision with regards to the approval of your credit card application.
16. The usage and benefits of the Avios transferred to Qatar airways privilege club frequent flyer program is governed by Qatar Airways. Doha Bank will not be responsible for any queries or disputes arising out of the usage and benefits related to Qatar Airways Privilege club program.
17. All facilities are granted at the sole discretion of Doha Bank, Doha Bank reserves the right to decline any application that does not meet the eligibility requirements as defined by the Bank. In case of any disputes, including but not limited to eligibility or spend thresholds, the Bank’s decision shall be final and binding.
18. Eligibility requirement will be periodically reviewed and is subject to change at the sole discretion of the bank.
19. Doha Bank reserves the right to conduct all necessary due diligence in accordance with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. The issuance of the Qatar Airways Privilege Club Credit Card and eligibility for the Bonus Avios Offer are subject to satisfactory completion of these regulatory checks.
20. Doha Bank reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage to comply with AML/KYC regulations.
21. Furthermore, all credit card applications are subject to a comprehensive creditworthiness assessment. Doha Bank may reject any application or revoke promotional benefits if the customer fails to meet the Bank’s internal risk criteria or provides incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information.
22. By signing the undertaking, the applicant customer acknowledges and agrees to comply with all regulatory requirements and understands that the Bank’s decision in this regard shall be final and binding. Eligibility for the Bonus Avios Offer is subject to verification by Doha Bank. The Bank reserves the right to revoke any promotional benefits, including Bonus Avios, if the customer is found to have provided false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of the application or during the promotional period. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in immediate termination of benefits and legal action.
23. The security held against the card account, such as salary assignment, deposit, guarantee or as applicable, will not be released until 45 working days after the cancellation and full settlement of the card dues.
24. Annual Fees of QR 800 on QA Visa Infinite credit card to be waived if QR 120,000 annual spends achieved. Annual Fees of QR 400 on QA Visa Signature credit Card to be waived if QR 60,000 annual spends achieved.
25. Doha Bank may, at its sole discretion, conduct periodic reviews to ensure compliance with the stated terms and conditions. Any discrepancies or failure to meet the eligibility criteria may result in the cancellation of the offer and recovery of the awarded benefits.
