The Product Innovation Specialist is responsible for:
- Analyzing the business needs of the corporate clients of Treasury & Investments Dept. and work for T&I management in creating and implementing new products. This includes identifying new opportunities, analyze possible PnL, validate requirements for changes to processes, handle policy and information systems requests and to recommend solutions that enable T&I to achieve its goals and objectives.
- Drive the new CASA initiative across various stakeholders in the businesses. The incumbent will provide necessary guidance/support to the T&I teams in efficient execution of their day-to-day tasks.
- TMS: act as a coordinator between Treasury subject matter experts and internal and external stakeholders.
- QETF: Act as the coordinator of the QETF with various stakeholders both internally and externally, agreeing on sales targets, monitoring the progress, and marketing plans.
- CD program: Work with Head of Treasury to set up a certificate of deposit program.
- New deposit markets: working with Head of Treasury Sales in analyzing and targeting new offshore deposit market.
- Recognizes promising ideas and finds ways to introduce them into the company’s future plans and discards ideas that are ineffective, costly, or beyond the scope of the company’s mission or abilities to develop.
- Analyzes existing practices to isolate areas ready for improvement or enhancement.
- Follows customer responses to new ideas, tracks and analyzes the success of new products or services and responds to customer questions or concerns.
- Monitors research and development of other organizations to spot trends in innovation and supplement research findings in the company’s industry.
- Evaluates the progress of innovation and adjusts the pace or direction of new projects in accordance.
- Keeps all new projects in line with the company’s mission and maintains consistency with the company’s message and brand.
