The Department Head – International Branches & Representative Offices will have the overall responsibility of managing and ensuring effective operation of the International Branches and Representative Offices, and guiding the team in providing superior client experience, promoting Doha Bank products and services in the respective regions to meet strategic sales and international business growth objectives. The incumbent will direct the business planning efforts and in meeting profitability targets, monitor the team to ensure adherence, with operational controls, and applicable laws and regulations. The job holder will update on local market trends and formulate region specific strategies in close coordination with the Head of International Banking and the team. The incumbent will also guide and manage the team, their performance, and goal / target achievements.
