The Contract & Vendor Management Officer will coordinate and ensure effective administration of contract and vendor management section. The incumbent will assist the Senior Contract & Vendor Management Officer with respect to pre-bid meetings and drafting / execution / negotiation / revision / awarding of contracts, and contract close out. The job holder will assist the Senior Officer in performing post-award contract compliance activities, as applicable, and in streamlining processes to meet sectional efficiency. The incumbent will guide the Vendor Management Coordinators in effective delivery of day-to-day tasks, and will ensure confidentiality of all records, and generation of reports, in line with the internal policies and procedures. The job holder will also assist in effective management of leased properties / tenant issue resolution.
