Kindly visit the Corporate Branch, with below mentioned documents, also please complete the attached format, for latest information regarding your company. Kindly do this at the earliest as per Qatar Central Bank requirement, for the smooth operations of account.

Failure to comply, will result in delay of services

  1. Commercial Registration – Original for verification.
  2. Partner Company C.R – (All Commercial Registrations to clarify the Ultimate Beneficial Owners of the Company).
  3. Main Commercial Registration – Original for verification. (if company account is for a Branch).
  4. Municipality License – Original for verification.
  5. Establishment Card – Original for verification.
  6. Tax Card – Original for verification.
  7. Company Stamp.
  8. QID & Passport for Non Qatari Partners & Signatories.
  9. QID Qatari Partners & Signatories.
  10. Audited Financials for current or last year.
  11. Attached formats need to printed & duly signed by Authorized Signatories.
