Customers received chances to enter raffle draws by making international transactions through Doha Bank Internet Banking or Mobile Application
Doha Bank, one of the largest commercial banks in Qatar, has announced the winners of its latest digital campaign in a raffle draw presided by senior officials in the bank and a representative from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and which was held in September 2019. The total prize of 250,000 Doha Miles were awarded to 5 lucky winners who enjoyed the great functionalities of the award winning Doha Bank online and mobile banking service.
The two-month promotion, which ran from 5 July until 5 September 2019, was aimed at promoting online international transactions among Doha Bank’s customers. As part of the campaign, Doha Bank customers received a chance to enter the raffle draws against every online transaction they made. As a result, the bank has seen a whopping increase in the online and mobile banking usage and recurring transaction volumes and an unprecedented positive feedback on the user experience. This is certainly in line with Doha Bank’s efforts to transform the conventional transactional banking into an engaging experience which puts the customer’s needs for speed and convenience first.
