How to Use

• Complimentary Access – Simply present your Doha Bank Mastercard World Debit Card at Global Blue City VIP Lounges or Global Blue Airport VIP Fast Lanes.
• Shop Tax Free Card – Simply visit https://www.globalblue.com/mastercardmea to register for shop Tax Free Card and set your Doha Bank Mastercard World Debit Card as the preferred non-cash refund target.

Terms & Conditions

City VIP Lounges:

• Doha Bank Mastercard World Debit Cards must be presented to the lounge staff.
• Only Cards issued by MEA Customer Banks are accepted.
• Cardholders can bring a maximum of 4 family members or friends to enjoy the lounge benefits and proceed to receive their tax refund at the lounge.

Airport VIP Fast Lanes:

• Doha Bank Mastercard World Debit Cards must be presented to the airport VIP lanes staff.
• Only Cards issued by MEA Customer Banks are accepted.
• Cardholders can bring a maximum of 4 family members or friends to proceed tax refund at the VIP Fast Lanes.

Shop Tax Free Card (STF card):

• Membership profile must be fully completed for Tax Free Form autofill.
• Mastercard World Debit Cards must be linked to the membership profile for tax refund.
• Membership ID/passport must be presented when issuing Tax Free Form in the store.
