  1. Referrer and Referee should be 18 years of age and a resident in Qatar with a valid QID.
  2. The referrer should be an existing Al Riyada1 customer or a Qatari national customer.
  3. Referrer cannot refer himself or herself as a referee for this program.
  4. The referrer specifically declares that the referee has been informed and agreed to disclose his / her contact details to Doha Bank, and Doha Bank to contact the referee to offer banking services and products.
  5. Referrer must inform the referee that reward will be accorded to referrer if referral is successful and met the terms and conditions of the program.
  6. Referrer must inform and agree with the referee that the application status of the eligible (Card / Loan) with the bank would be disclosed to the referrer by virtue of receiving the reward under this program.
  7. Referrer to eligible for referral reward, the referee should meet the referral eligibility criteria & avail the products within 90 days from the Referral received date. Refer program details for the eligibility criteria.
  8. Referral Rewards will be paid after 90 days from the date Referral is submitted to bank.
  9. Referral reward will be paid only for New Salary Transfer2 Al Riyada1 account or New Salary Transfer2 Qatari national account availing products as per referral eligibility criteria.
  10. Referral reward for the salary transfer will be paid after salary is received to Doha Bank.
  11. Referral rewards Buyout Loan3 or Fresh Loan4 will be rewarded upon completion the loan process and receiving a salary to Doha Bank.
  12. Referral rewards for credit card will be rewarded upon completion process and receiving the salary to Doha Bank.
  13. Referral reward will be paid only for one product with highest referral reward after 90 days from the referral received date.
  14. Customers are allowed to submit more than one referral.
  15. Referral considered disqualified If the referee has already been contacted by a Doha Bank staff before the Referral is submitted.
  16. The Referrer shall not engage in any referral activity as a part of this program for business purpose.
  17. If two (2) or more referrers refer the same referee under this program, only the duly completed referral form received first will qualify for the reward.
  18. The bank, at its sole discretion, can change, amend or cancel the referral campaign or amend the terms and conditions of the referral campaign at any time after obtaining the QCB approval.
  19. The referral campaign is valid till 12/05/2024.

Definition

  1. Al Riyada – is Doha Bank’s premium customer segment, for which the customer will be qualified and approved by Doha Bank.
  2. New Salary Transfer customer – a customer who opens a new account to transfer the salary or an existing Doha Bank customer who opened the account before 6 months from the referral received date and not transferring salary during last 6 months starting to transfer salary.
  3. Buyout Loan – Loan transferred to Doha Bank from another bank in Qatar.
  4. Fresh Loan – new loan granted to a customer for the first time.
