Terms & Conditions
- The campaign is applicable for new to Credit Card Customer only (Lulu / Platinum / Infinite), with a minimum monthly income of QR 20,000/- for a salary transfer credit card OR a secured card with a minimum deposit of QR 100,000.
- Please note that this iPhone® offer is limited to one iPhone® per primary card applicant.
- This iPhone® offer is valid for applications received between 6th May 2021 and 30th June 2021. Any application received after 30th June 2021 will not be eligible under this campaign.
- The customer is required to meet the minimum spend requirement of QR 60,000 within 12 months of delivery of the Credit Card.
- In order to be eligible to receive the iPhone® welcome gift, customer must make the first retail spend (any amount across any category) on the Credit Card within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Credit Card.
- Once the customer fulfills the conditions stipulated in clause 5, within 30 working days from the first retail spend date, he/she will receive a call from our authorized merchant, on the mobile number registered with the Bank, to arrange for delivery of the iPhone®. The customer will be required to provide their Doha Bank Credit Card and valid QID Card to receive the iPhone®.
- Customer needs to ensure to provide Doha Bank with the current and correct email address / mobile phone number while applying for the Credit Card.
- The Bank will charge a onetime fee of QAR 4,000 to the customer’s Credit Card only if the customer:
- Cancels the Credit Card within the first 12 months of Card issuance date; or
- Are irregular with payments i.e. missed 2 payment of minimum amount due on the monthly statement; or
- Do not meet the minimum spend requirement within the specified time period; or
- Salary is decreased in the 12 months following the issuance of the Credit Card to below the minimum salary requirement as mentioned on point 1.
- Further fees and charges can be found in the Doha Bank schedule of charges. The Bank reserves the right to revise and/or introduce new charges in accordance with the “Credit Card Terms & Conditions”.
- Please note that the following transactions will NOT be considered towards the minimum spend requirement:
- Spend at Exchange Houses / Remittances.
- Jewelry Purchases.
- Cash withdrawals, Balance Transfers, Fixed Payment Plans and Smart Payment Plans.
- Ministry / Government related payments.
The above transaction categories are categorized by the Merchant Category Code (MCC) as defined under Visa & MasterCard rules.
- The Bank does not offer or provide any warranties, or accept any responsibility or liability of any kind with respect to the iPhone® given under this offer. Furthermore, Apple® is not a participant in or a sponsor of this program.
- The Bank is not responsible for any loss, damage and/or injury sustained by the winner or any other person arising directly or indirectly from the use of any of the gifts. The Bank is not the supplier of any gift offered and will not accept contractual, torts or any other kind of liability in respect of any gift supplied by third party merchants. The Bank makes no representation or warranty with respect to the satisfactory quality or performance of the gift given in this offer. The Gift is subject to the terms and conditions as may be imposed by the authorized merchant(s) which are beyond our control. Accordingly, the Bank will not be responsible or liable for any death, injury, damage or loss suffered by any cardholder or any third party or any of their property which is caused directly or indirectly by any of the gift.
- In the event that the iPhone® is not available for any reason whatsoever, the Bank reserves the right to substitute the iPhone® with a welcome gift of equal value.
- To the extent of any inconsistency between the iPhone® campaign terms and Doha Bank Client Terms and Credit Card Terms & Conditions (available at any of our branches or our website www.dohabank.com) then Doha Bank Credit Card Terms & Conditions will prevail.
- Clients eligible for this campaign will not be eligible for any other campaign offered by Doha Bank on Credit cards during the period of this campaign.
- This campaign, along with its features, has been introduced by the Bank at its sole discretion. Accordingly, the Bank retains the right to discontinue the campaign or vary its features thereof at any time without prior notice.
- In the event that the iPhone® is not available, you will be contacted by the authorized merchant to advise on next stock availability date. The Gift is non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash or any other item.
- This promotion will have no impact on the final decision with regards to the approval of the Credit Card Application.
- All facilities are granted at the sole discretion of Doha Bank. Doha Bank reserves the right to decline any application that does not meet the eligibility requirements as defined by the Bank. In case of any disputes, including but not limited to disputes on meeting spend thresholds, the Bank’s decision would be considered as final.
